Teri Lynn serves adult males with mental retardation or a related condition. Services include basic support, maintenance and active treatment. Residents have access to medical and psychological services. Recreational and social activities are provided. Transportation is provided for work, shopping, church, and group activities. The purpose of the services is to encourage the acquisition or maintenance of behaviors necessary for the individual to function with as much self-determination and independence as possible and to prevent the loss of current functional status.

Teri Lynn is located in the Spring Hill/Pine Tree area of Longview. The home is spacious and attractive. Most residents share their room with at least one other resident. Awake staff are available on site 24 hours a day. The home houses six male residents.
