Annette Bray
Intermediate Care Facility - Home Manager

Annette was born and raised in historical Jefferson, Texas. She is the mother of three children and Nana to ten grandchildren. Ten years ago Annette wanted to make a career change. She contacted Community Healthcore and inquired about job opportunities. Annette was quickly hired into our Intermediate Care Facility program. She has worked way up to being a top Home Manager for the organization. Before coming to Community Healthcore, Annette worked as a Headstart teacher's aide and as a line leader at a manufacturing company. Annette has always had the desire to help others.
